Q: Do you support credit card processing?
A: Right now, the most preferred way to support credit
card payments from your players are services like
MoneyBookers,
Neteller and
FirePay.
Depending on the chosen payment systems to integrate, the price
will vary starting from $500 per each. If you would like to request any
of these payment systems for your casino, please specify it in the
"Your Comments/Requests" field at the bottom of the Order
page.
Q: I would like to have multiplayer games in my casino. Is it possible?
A: Yes, it is possible. We are working out the multiplayer solutions for
our customers, and including multiplayer games in your casino is a great
move to attract a number of players who prefer multiplayer games.
Also, multiplayer games are much more fun! Depending on the type of
multiplayer games, the price will vary starting from $10,000. If you would
like to include multiplayer games in your casino, please specify it the
"Your Comments/Requests" field at the bottom of the Order
page.
Q: Is your casino secure against hacker attacks? Have your casinos been attempted?
A: Due to our solid experience in building complex systems and security
implementation, we can proudly say that we have succeeded in making our
casino software really secure! We are constantly working out the new ideas
and ways to make it even more secure from fraudulent activities like
illegal eGold operations (which happen from time to time).
Our casinos are being attempted very often, and we are examining each case
separately. We even involve hackers in testing our security systems and
promise them a bonus if they succeed with their attack. There were no
successful attempt ever,
though, and not even a cent was ever stolen from casino funds.
Q: What will be my casino payout level? Will I be able to change it?
A: The recommended payout level is from 93% and up to 98%. You are free
to set the payout level in your casino to whatever value you prefer.
But keep in mind though, that too low payout level will not attract
players to your casino, while too high payout level will generate less
profits.
Q: Is it possible that player will win a lot of money and ruin my casino?
A: The casino software is designed specifically to prevent such cases.
The software is carefully tracking casino funds and is not allowing
players to win more than casino currently has. For example, if players
have totally wagered $100,000, the total winnings will not exceed $98,000
if payout level has been set to 98%.
Q: Can you host my casino on your server?
A: This can be the most convenient option for you, since we would be
responsible for server being stable. We can host your casino for
you at the very low price of $40/month, which is very competitive
compared to purchasing dedicated server from hosting providers ($120+/month).
If you would like to include
hosting for your casino in your order, please specify it the "Your Comments/Requests" field at the bottom
of the Order page.
Q: I have a good hosting already, can I host my casino on my own server?
A: Yes, when you are satisfied with what
you see on our server and the final payment is released, we will assist you in installing the casino software
on your server (it will cost $350 one-time setup fee). You can view the system requirements for the casino software
here, to see if your hosting server is matching these requirements. If you are
not sure, please do not hesitate to contact us and ask, we will be
happy to help you out.
Please be advised that once you receive casino software sources, you are
becoming responsible for NOT publishing, distributing or reselling any part
of casino software to third parties.
